The End User Engagement Group of Alcatel-Lucent Technologies helps promote wireless services to the business community. And because this information changes by the minute, it's vital to have immediate access to customer and offer updates.
Keeping track of this information is crucial to the team's success. In fact, every successful interaction with a client relies on knowing current account information in order to help customers drive revenue.
As a result, Alcatel-Lucent employed a CRM solution designed to keep the members of its End User Engagement Team connected with up-to-date, key customer information. However, the solution was not as flexible as they had hoped and was difficult to access remotely, away from the office.
