Client Profiles Acquires Lynch Marks CRM Consulting Practice
Client Profiles (CP),one of the leading provider of CRM, case management and financial applications for the legal profession, recently announced the acquisition of the CRM Consulting Practice of Lynch Marks, LLC. This consulting practice represents the strategic consulting and implementation teams for law practice CRM systems. Effective immediately, the existing Client Profiles CRM services organization will be bolstered by a proven and experienced CRM consulting team that has helped law firms with CRM technology selection, implementation, data conversion, and support for nearly 10 years.
Since 1998, Lynch Marks CRM consultants have specialized in CRM implementation and consulting services, providing a comprehensive services offering spanning CRM technology selection, application development and execution of CRM implementation plans and projects, CRM data cleansing, validation and integration, training, and ongoing best practices support.
The Lynch Marks Consulting Practice has successfully completed over 175 CRM implementations and consulting projects including engagements with over 45% of the Am Law 200 law firms, many with significant global practices. This success and expertise encompasses a significant percentage of all the LexisNexis InterAction implementations in the U.S., as well as numerous other law office CRM applications, such as ContactEase, Elite's Apex, and Aptus. The Lynch Marks Consulting Practice will be fully integrated into CP's CRM4Legal organization and work hand-in-hand with the company's professional services team.
Following the acquisition of the CRM consulting team by Client Profiles, the Lynch Marks organization will tighten their focus on the Datalyser conversion technologies, as well as, the rapidly growing PS\Ship software group. As part of the acquisition, CP has also entered into a strategic relationship with the Lynch Marks Datalyser data management and conversion division. This relationship will allow Client Profiles to incorporate the Datalyser products and services as part of the Microsoft CRM4Legal product implementations. In addition, a reseller agreement with the Lynch Marks PS\Ship division, a technology for managing the entire overnight shipping process within law firms, will be announced in the very near future.
