ABC Corporate Services Is First 24/7 Call Center To Adopt G2Agent For Customer Servicing

G2 SwitchWorks Corp. announced recently that ABC Corporate Services will implement G2Agent in their 24/7 TESS (Travelers Emergency Service System) call center to service their travel agency and corporate travel department customers worldwide.

ABC Corporate Services will utilize the format-free, multi-GDS capabilities of the G2Agent desktop to provide after-hours and emergency service to travelers of their travel agency customers.
