New Offering Enables Businesses to Automatically Collect Customer Feedback for Best Customer Experience and Review Generation

Palo Alto, CA (PRWEB) - BirdEye, the number one leader in customer experience, has announced an integration with one of the largest accounting systems — Intuit Quickbooks. BirdEye now integrates with QuickBooks® Desktop, in addition to QuickBooks® Online Edition.

In addition to the hundreds of CRM integrations that BirdEye already supports, this new integration will allow thousands of businesses to automatically send review requests to customers via text and email.

"It’s great to release the integration with QuickBooks® Desktop by Intuit,” said Ameya Virkar, VP of Engineering at BirdEye. “Millions of businesses already use Quickbooks® to simplify their finances and we are excited to help them simplify their review processes as well."

QuickBooks® Desktop is an accounting software owned by Intuit that helps businesses organize finances, as well as gain insights into their books to ensure their long-term success. With this integration, businesses will be able to send review requests via text and email on the same day a customer makes a payment. These review requests link to sites like Google, Facebook, and more than 150 others.
