Business And Academic Leaders Join CRMGuru.com Panel Of CRM Experts

Two esteemed business leaders and two leading CRM academics have joined the CRMGuru.com Editorial Council, the customer management web site announced today. The Editorial Council and the Advisory Board form CRMGuru's panel of gurus, supporting the world's largest CRM community.

Mike Overly, a director at Hewlett-Packard, and Cathy F. Burrows, a director at RBC Centura, a U.S. subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, join the panel, along with professors Francis Buttle and Mohan Agrawal, Ph.D.

Burrows is director of Enterprise Information and Customer Management Support for RBC Centura, based in North Carolina. Burrows develops and implements enterprise information strategy to support business process standardization and customer relationship management programs.

Buttle, a director of two companies, is professor of customer relationship management and chair of marketing at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. He has 30 years of international experience in teaching, researching, writing, managing and consulting on a broad range of marketing and customer management matters. He is the author of a definitive CRM textbook for business students, Customer Relationship Management: Concept and Tools.

Agrawal is visiting professor of marketing at Lerner School of Business, University of Delaware, Newark, and principal strategy consultant with the Canadian marketing consulting firm Marketing Aims. He is an award-winning marketing professor and marketing consultant who has worked and taught around the world and authored numerous publications.
