CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation and a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, announced recently the acquisition of a majority interest in Vectra Corporation, provider of information security consulting services, managed services and enterprise security solutions. The acquisition provides a strategic fit into Praxa Australia, CDC Software's consulting services company in Australia and significantly strengthens CDC Software's position in the IT Security and Services market in the region.
Vectra is a leading provider of end-to-end technology solutions throughout the Asia-Pacific area.
