CDC Software Expands c360 CRM Add-On Solutions For Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform

CDC Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDC Corporation and a provider of industry-specific enterprise software applications and business services, announced recently that it has added four new products and enhanced most of the existing products in the Core Productivity Pack of c360, a suite of industry solutions and development tools for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

CDC Software will be demonstrating their new products, at the Microsoft EMEA Convergence Conference October 23 - 25, 2007 in Copenhagen Denmark at Booth # E40.

c360's Core Productivity Pack is being released in conjunction with Microsoft CRM version 4.0. The new products were designed using customer and partner feedback with a focus on increasing CRM usability, user productivity and user adoption. c360's Core Productivity Pack now includes more individual products, provides more functionality and adds more value than any previous version.

c360 Core Productivity Pack for CRM 4.0 now includes these four new products:

• c360 Explorer CRM Search Engine: Indexes and organizes all Microsoft CRM records and attachments and leverages Microsoft Office SharePoint search to provide instant keyword search across CRM and SharePoint. Increases the usability and value of CRM by providing fast, simple access to information regardless of where it has been entered or attached in CRM or SharePoint.
• c360 SharePoint/Microsoft CRM integration: Bridges the gap between Microsoft CRM and SharePoint by enabling automatic creation of a SharePoint site for every required CRM entity. Allows CRM and non-CRM users to share the same documents.
• c360 Relationship Exploration and Charting: Using Microsoft Silverlight technology, this new functionality provides an automatic, relationship tree display of all relationships for every CRM record. This allows CRM users to create visual relationship charts that expose informal relationships and drives CRM user adoption by allowing users to quickly see what is happening in CRM.
• c360 Record Editor: Users can now edit individual records in any CRM view without opening the individual records using a simple, Microsoft Excel-like editing of CRM records. Increases CRM user productivity by providing Microsoft CRM users an easy way to edit/modify multiple CRM records within a single screen.

Upgrades to existing products within the c360 Core Productivity Pack for Microsoft CRM 4.0 include:

• c360 Console: Allows Microsoft CRM users to design their CRM workspace in virtually any way they like. Console delivers critical data with less clicks, fewer screens and allows Microsoft CRM users to see the data that is relevant to them the way they want to see it.
• c360 Multi-Field Search: Provides Microsoft CRM users with a quick search screen that is fully configurable for each CRM user. Multi-Field Search lets you search across multiple entities and across multiple fields simultaneously with a single click.
• c360 Summary: Provides Microsoft CRM users with an integrated screen displaying all open and closed activities, notes and CRM records associated with all major Microsoft CRM objects. c360 Summary will now leverage the c360 Explorer indexed search infrastructure to provide nearly instant summary views.
• c360 Alerts: Allows Microsoft CRM users to add critical data to CRM records so other users will immediately be alerted of it upon accessing the CRM record.
• c360 Email Link: Allows Microsoft CRM users to click a button and send a link to a Microsoft CRM record in an email.
