CRM Appointment: Equaterra Appoints Contact Center Veteran Ron Abel As Crm Practice Lead
EquaTerra recently announced that Ron Abel has joined the firm as Director of its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Advisory Services Practice. Ron brings more than 18 years of multi-dimensional CRM contact center services experience to EquaTerra and its clients.
Before joining EquaTerra, Ron was Senior Vice President of Solutions Development for ICT Group. In that role, he was responsible for helping craft CRM solutions for the company's global client base. Prior to ICT, Ron was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Telerx. Under his leadership, the company grew from the 47th to the 15th largest inbound call center provider in the U.S. Before that, he was Telerx's Group Vice President, responsible for finance, call center management and technology.

Ron is a CPA and spent six years at KPMG. He has an undergraduate degree in business from Penn State, and is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Public Accountants) and the SOCAP (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals.)
