CRM Solution: Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software Announces New CCM Editions

Group 1 Software, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. introduced the new Customer Communication Management (CCM) Editions. The CCM Editions are the solutions which allow for specific enterprise and industry-specific requirements in customer communications. This powerful and flexible set of software solutions helps empower enterprises to productively and efficiently optimise and simplify intelligent communications across all customer touch points.

The CCM editions are available in two different specifications – Business Value Editions and Vertical Editions.

The Business Value Editions address the business requirements in enterprises – no matter what line of business:

  • Production Edition to create high-volume output for print/digital communications and integration of intelligent customer information.
  • On-Demand Edition helps you produce real-time communications for in-person interactions.
  • Customer Service Edition is a complete solution for customer service reps, agents, and brokers to view documents and outbound communications sent to a customer, plus manage accounts and payments.
  • Marketer Edition helps provide personalised 1–to–1 marketing content with your online and print communications – both inside and outside the envelope.
  • Content Management Edition helps to manage, maintain and mobilise information assets across operational channels to optimise business efficiency.
  • Self Service Edition provides e-presentment, e-payment and online account management through partner- and customer portals.

The Vertical Editions are addressing business problems in vertical markets, such as financial services, telecommunications, insurance, utilities, government or any organisation interested in establishing an effective CCM strategy.

Each of the editions mentioned cover a core module of the complete end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution of Group 1 Software – the solution for the entire process of intelligent and personalised customer communication.

Andrew Greenyer, VP International Marketing, Pitney Bowes Group 1 Software, comments: "At the heart of any successful CRM strategy lies the need to communicate efficiently and effectively with customers, whether it be over the telephone, email, web, SMS, or through the mail. Individual organisations communicate with customers in different ways and there will also be industry variables that affect the way an organisation communicates with customers, a prime example being the inclusion of statutory notices for industry compliance on particular correspondence. The ability to have a software solution which is flexible enough to cope with these considerations is therefore vital for marketers and IT professionals looking to deliver sustainable CRM strategies."

The CCM editions are available as of now. Further information is available on www.g1.com.
