eGain Teams Up With Talkdesk To Modernize Customer Service

This partnership brings a new offering to market, the Talkdesk-eGain Connector, which is featured on both companies' marketplaces – Talkdesk AppConnect™ and eGain Marketplace™ . The connector includes two integrations that embed eGain's digital knowledge and capabilities into the Talkdesk Agent Workspace™.

Knowledge integration offers personalized responses and AI-powered conversational guidance to agents, based on context passed from Talkdesk as well as other criteria such as agent experience level.

Digital onboarding allows them to co-browse web content and securely collaborate with the customer while talking to them on the phone.

Through this partnership, customers of both companies will have access to the full Talkdesk cloud contact center platform and eGain's premium suite for knowledge-powered digital engagement.
