Frost & Sullivan announces 2007 Best In-Class Customer Contact Award recipients during 3rd Annual Customer Contact Executive MindXchange.
Frost & Sullivan is dedicated to recognizing and honoring outstanding achievement and success in the Customer Contact industry through the inception of the Frost & Sullivan "Best In-Class" Customer Contact Awards. The Awards are to honor those companies and customer contact executives that have attained excellence and superiority amongst their peers. The awards showcase talent, hard work and innovative approaches to establishing distinction in the industry.
This year's recipient of the Frost & Sullivan Customer Contact Excellent award went to CompuCredit. Honorable mentions for Customer Services Excellence were given to VWR International and Fidelity National Information Services.
Award categories for 2008 will include: a Lifetime Achievement, Contact Center Executive of the Year, Customer Service Excellence of the Year, Contact Center of the Year (Large – more than 250 agents), and Contact Center of the Year (Small – less than 250 agents).
