Green Beacon Solutions Announces New Managed Service Offering For Mid-Market Businesses

Professional Application Management Services (PAMS) to Increase the Value of CRM and ERP Investments for Companies with Limited IT Resources

Green Beacon Solutions, a leading provider of strategy, consulting and implementation services for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Marketing Automation technologies, today announced Professional Application Management Services (PAMS), a new offering designed to help mid-sized companies multiply the value of their existing investments in CRM and ERP solutions by allowing them to leverage the expertise of highly-qualified software administrators on a cost-effective, on demand basis.

A combination of consulting, monitoring, and implementation services, PAMS provides subscription-based access to an administrator for business application management and software infrastructure support. Customers purchase support for a select number of incidents per month from a catalog of more than 40 defined projects such as bug fixes, business rule adjustments and report updates.

Green Beacon's initial PAMS offering is customized for customers of Onyx Software's Enterprise CRM. The company is working to build a PAMS offering for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users and expects to add solutions for Microsoft Dynamics AX (formerly Axapta) and Epicor for Service Enterprises within the next 12 to 18 months.

Green Beacon currently offers three service level agreement options for PAMS – silver, gold and platinum - with monthly subscription fees that can be customized for the needs of the client.
