Intelenex Wins North America Oracle Titan Award For CRM Solution
Intelenex was awarded The North America Oracle Titan Award for a CRM Solution at the Oracle PartnerNetwork North America Titan Award ceremony at Oracle OpenWorld last night in San Francisco. The Titan Awards are given by Oracle to its leading partners, recognizing success in developing and implementing solutions based on various Oracle technologies. These awards recognize partner excellence in several categories, including sales, marketing, and solution development.
Nominations for these awards are submitted directly by partners and are open to all members of the Oracle PartnerNetwork.

Intelenex, a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork, leveraged Siebel CRM On Demand and the Oracle E-Business Suite to win a deal over Salesforce.com by delivering a solution with a single point of real time integration. Intelenex provided superior domain expertise and delivered on time and on budget resulting in a strong customer reference account. Siebel CRM On Demand replaced an existing Salesforce.com installation that was not widely adopted due to lack of integration with the Oracle E-Business Suite. Intelenex delivered a solution that tightly integrated customer, product, install base data, and RMA visibility from the Oracle E-Business Suite into Siebel CRM On Demand. The resulting, fully synchronized CRM application affords sales and service personnel a complete 360 degree account view via a single sign-on through Siebel CRM On Demand.
Salespersons' time and complete account visibility were critical attributes Rackable Systems Inc. emphasized during the selection and implementation process. Dominic Martinelli, V.P. Information Technology stated, "Our previous CRM solution from Salesforce.com was not connected enough to the Oracle E-Business Suite.
