InvisibleCRM Expands Senior Management Team To Drive Company's Growth

InvisibleCRM has hired two software industry veterans, Dwight DePalmer and Jeff Krider, to lead the company's global strategy, development and sales. Mr. DePalmer serves as President, and Mr. Krider serves as COO.

InvisibleCRM moved a step forward the strategic expansion of its senior management team to support the growing demand for InvisibleCRM's products and services in the enterprise marketplace. A veteran of the CRM industry, DePalmer has held positions ranging from RVP of Sales, VP Product Development to CTO, with companies such as Clarify, Siebel, XPLANE and OnTarget. DePalmer most recently managed CRM product strategy at Oracle. DePalmer is a graduate of Control Data Institute and a lifelong student of the art and science of sales.

Jeff Krider, InvisibleCRM's chief operations officer (COO), oversees the company's strategy and operations. He is also focused on establishing strategic alliances and partnerships, developing sales channels, and supervising a global marketing strategy. Jeff is an IT veteran and brings over 26 years of sales, marketing and executive leadership in the technology industry. Prior to joining InvisibleCRM, he held C-level positions in leading software and service companies, including IBM, etNetworks, Accenture. Jeff is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
