Nominations were solicited worldwide for the 50 most influential people in the field of sales lead management for 2009. Nominations included individuals in CRM, marketing automation, sales lead software, sales force automation, telemarketing, direct marketing, and database management firms, as well as lead management firms, consultants and authors. Not only was Cramer recognized as one of the 50 most influential sales lead managers, but she was also among the top five of all awarded thought leaders with the most votes.
