Momentum Auto Group Opens Customer Service Center And Contact Line To Assist Customers During Transition

After a turbulent financial year, Momentum Auto will transition to new management that will enhance the chain of dealerships’ offerings and increase revenue.

San Jose, CA (PRWEB) - To assist customers during the transition, the group has opened a customer service center as well as a new line of communication between customers and representatives.

When the team behind Momentum Auto Group foresaw obstacles in the near future, they quickly took action to ensure that customers were taken care of during the management transition. Currently they aim to continue operation on a smaller scale through service centers until stores reopen, which is expected to happen before the end of the year.

“It’s never an easy, seamless process going through a management transition,” says Momentum Auto Group President Rahim Hassanally. “Fortunately, we have a dedicated team that works diligently to make the transition as easy as possible for both employees and customers.”

Momentum Auto Group is a major tax payer in Solano County, paying out millions each year and making it one of the greatest financial contributors in the area. Fairfield City Manager David White previously reported that car dealerships are a major source of sales tax dollars in the city. He claims car dealerships account for approximately 20 percent of the city’s total share of sales taxes, making them a vital asset to the local economy.

When the group experienced months of construction delays, they determined that new management would help them achieve former positive sales reputation status again.

Momentum Auto Group has navigated itself through its most financially challenging year yet, careful to keep customers at the front of their minds during critical decision making. From that, new management was decided upon, which required the temporary closing of many of the group’s largest dealerships. However, in the meantime, the team behind Momentum opened a service center to meet checkup and maintenance needs for their customers.

“There’s a lot of shifting responsibilities, stacks of paperwork to be filled out, and plans to be made by new management before dealership locations are prepared to open again,” says Rahim Hassanally. “We’re confident, however, that Momentum Auto Group will be fully-functional and ready for a new, lucrative chapter by the end of the year.”

New management will address previous impediments, working to resolve as many complications as it can before reopening stores to customers. Permit hold ups at the Fairfield location will be resolved so that the group’s largest dealership location will soon be fully operational again.
