New Blue Pumpkin Solutions Extend Workforce Optimization Suite

Blue Pumpkin, an industry leader in enterprise workforce optimization solutions, today announced the availability of two additions to its award-winning Blue Pumpkin Workforce Optimization Suite: Blue Pumpkin Learning Express and Blue Pumpkin Time Record Manager. These new offerings give contact centers a greater ability to integrate and optimize more of their existing processes and "Manage to Excellence".

The two new components enable contact centers to take the next steps in their evolution with action-oriented solutions, translating strategy into greater results.
