Kerzner International Bahamas Limited deployed the Nortel Networks Symposium Call Center Server and Symposium Call Center Web Client to fulfill the Kerzner mission of delivering outstanding guest communications services. Positive change was immediate. Approximately 100 agents on-site now use the Agent Desktop Displays, which allow the agents to monitor the perform-ance for the skill sets they are answering and make adjustments to improve their performance, if necessary.
