Retail Automotive Veteran Jonathan Feduniec Joins 5square.com As VP Sales & Marketing

5square.com, the first complete, integrated selling system in the retail automotive industry, recently announced that well known automotive CRM expert and retail automotive veteran Jonathan Feduniec has joined 5square as VP Sales & Marketing. Feduniec brings to 5square over twenty-one years of experience in the retail automotive field and is widely known for his ability to more than double a company's customer base in a matter of months.

"We are very excited to have Jonathan join our team. He has an outstanding track record as a manager and leader in the automotive industry and his success building three automotive CRM companies combined with his knowledge of dealership operations and OEM relationships make him a natural choice for this position," said Eric Larson, 5square.com president.

Prior to 5square Feduniec served as VP Sales and Marketing at ReckonUp where he drove sales growth from thirty auto dealers to over 250 in just sixteen months. Feduniec also redesigned the entire CRM product and obtained certification from four OEMS. Previous to that he worked as Vice President Sales & Marketing at Cowboy, Inc., which was later acquired by The Cobalt Group. Under his leadership the company obtained certification from two OEMS and increased sales from forty-one stores to 180 in the first eighteen months.

In addition to eight years of experience building CRM companies, Feduniec has ten years of hands-on dealership experience. From 1996 to1999 he held the position of General Manager at Naples Nissan in Naples, Florida where he instituted a sales traffic and follow up system which helped to grow new Nissan sales fifty-seven percent, and used unit vehicle sales forty-two percent. He recruited and hired a sales management team that increased gross $2,640,000 and quickly claimed the number one spot in the region with a near perfect Customer Satisfaction Index and SSI score.

From 1992 to 1996 Feduniec served as General Manager of Prestige Ford in Eustis, Florida, where he instituted an intensive recruitment and training program which contributed to sales growth of sixty-four percent in his first year. He also established a delivery and follow-up process which increased the customer satisfaction score nine points, up to a high of 97.6 percent.

Prior to that Feduniec worked as General Sales Manager at Vern Buchanan Auto Mall (Acura, Honda and Oldsmobile) from 1989-1992. Within twelve months he increased sales by 180 percent and rose to #2 in the region for Honda, Acura and #1 for Oldsmobile in CSI and SSI.

Feduniec holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UCLA and has also completed the Dealership Management Program at Ford XL 2000 Institute. In addition he trained as an Automotive Insurance Broker at the Hill School of Insurance.

Commenting on his new appointment Feduniec stated: "My mission over the past decade has been to deliver the best possible products to auto dealers to help improve operations and sales. When I was introduced to 5square I was impressed by how effective and user friendly it is and immediately connected with the team. This will be my forth time building a sales force and I feel this is a place where I can work well and make an instant impact on the company. 5square shows every indication of at least equaling the success of the other companies I have worked with."
