Ribbit Announces Channel Partner Program, Launches 2.0 Release Of Ribbit For Salesforce CRM
Salesforce.com Dreamforce Conference -- Ribbit, Silicon Valley's first phone company, recently announced both the new release of Ribbit for Salesforce CRM and its channel partner program. The 2.0 release builds on Ribbit's existing seamless integration of mobile voice communications with Salesforce CRM by adding landline and instant messaging communications. The partner program brings Ribbit's industry-leading voice and web services integration platform to the growing Software as a Service (SaaS) ecosystem, including leading systems integrators, resellers, and telecom service providers. The program will help these partners bring their customers the benefits of the integration of voice communications with business applications.
With Ribbit for Salesforce CRM, mobile and landline calls, voicemail, and voice memos automatically flow into the Salesforce CRM application so users can play, read, search, organize, and respond more quickly to voice communications. Users call in notes rather than type them, accelerating information flow to the rest of the business. Users can manage voicemail like email, without wasting time dialing into various mailboxes or worrying about messages getting deleted. If a cell phone battery dies or users want to make calls from the Salesforce CRM contact list, they can use an integrated online phone within Salesforce CRM to place, receive, and log calls. Additional integration with Google Talk and Skype enables users to answer calls to their phones via their IM clients. By integrating all these forms of communications, Ribbit makes Salesforce CRM deployments even more effective, helping businesses optimize sales results without increasing infrastructure, personnel, or capital expenses.
"We're thrilled to launch the new version of Ribbit for Salesforce and to partner with a group of leading companies in the salesforce.com ecosystem which share our goal of maximizing customer productivity," said Greg Goldfarb, GM of Enterprise Applications for Ribbit. "The integration capabilities of Ribbit for Salesforce open up many opportunities for customers to meet day-to-day sales challenges, which are especially relevant in today's climate."
Ribbit's reseller and referral partners include Avankia, Bluewolf, BT Global Services, CenterStance, echo lane, Elated Consulting, Kailea Networks, Mansa Systems, Mavens Consulting, Model Metrics, Real Intelligence, Rehder Talent Logistics, and SimpleSignal.
"Bluewolf is dedicated to helping our clients achieve total user adoption with their CRM solution," said Corinne Sklar, VP Marketing at Bluewolf, a leading SaaS consulting firm and Ribbit partner. "Integrating voice communications with CRM will be a tremendous advantage for our customers."
Other channel partners will focus on incorporating Ribbit for Salesforce into their portfolios of communications services. "Ribbit for Salesforce enables us to provide our customers with a customized application that optimizes their business processes, streamlining their sales cycles," said David Gilbert, Founder and President at SimpleSignal, a Ribbit reseller partner that delivers converged voice, video, and data over broadband. "The capabilities of Ribbit for Salesforce enhance our ability to converge our clients' communications into a single, easily managed workflow."
Ribbit's web services strategy for voice communications also aligns with the salesforce.com vision of bringing more business functions into the cloud. "Ribbit is a great example of an AppExchange partner that has been able to quickly leverage the Force.com platform and the extended salesforce.com ecosystem," said Clarence So, Chief Marketing Officer at salesforce.com. "We're excited about Ribbit's ability to increase productivity for both Salesforce CRM and Force.com customers."
