RightNow Taps IHS As CRM Implementation Partner

RightNow Technologies (Nasdaq: RNOW) today announced it has signed an agreement with global systems integrator IHS Support Solutions to provide CRM implementation services to RightNow customers. Under the terms of the agreement, IHS will provide a full range of services -- including consulting, integration, and business process optimization -- to RightNow customers worldwide.

By signing IHS as a CRM implementation partner, RightNow is complementing the capabilities of its own Professional Services organization and providing its customers with access to IHS's proven technical and project management skills. These skills are particularly useful for large organizations undertaking complex CRM implementations that involve sophisticated customization of the RightNow CRM platform and/or tight integration with other enterprise systems.

IHS has extensive experience in CRM implementations and has already worked closely with RightNow on a variety of projects with customers such as Memorial Healthcare Systems and US Airways.
