Under the agreement, the two firms will jointly market and deliver technology solutions for the rapidly growing hosted contact center market.

Client end-users will be able to receive the benefits of Synchrony's Universal View, which integrates all of a company's interaction channels, disparate databases, knowledge bases and customer history into a single unified desktop - putting all of the right information at the agent's fingertips. Fast, accurate and consistent responses lead to improved customer experiences and operational efficiency. The Universal View also results in reduced training times, as a consistent interface is much easier for agents to learn.
They also benefit from receiving analytics and real-time reports on their contact center performance and the ability to use Synchrony with voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP) technology – all for a flat predictable cost due to ScionASP's hosting services.
