SSA Global's CRM Solution Wins Industry Award Based On Extensive Testing And Evaluation By ISM, Inc.
SSA Global (Nasdaq: SSAG), a leading provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, today announced that the company's customer relationship management solution, SSA CRM, has been selected as a winner of the Top 15 CRM Enterprise Software Award for 2006.
SSA CRM, a comprehensive solution for inbound and outbound marketing, sales force automation, order management, configuration, contact and service center, and field service, was selected by ISM, Inc., a leading CRM consultancy that has conducted the Top 15 CRM Award competition since 1990.
