Tactile CRM Launched To Help Small Businesses Maximise Their Sales Potential

Coventry based Senokian are pleased to announce the launch of their new web-based contact and sales management system, Tactile CRM. Aimed at small businesses it helps companies manage their sales leads, contacts and emails in one easy to use system.

Many small businesses are turned away from traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by their complexity and cost. Tactile aims to make CRM easy for organisations to adopt, enabling them to manage and track sales, leads, prospects and even emails in one place. With the dashboard giving a visual overview of current sales and their statuses, sales teams can maximise their efforts on deals they are most likely to win.

With this key information in one place you can stop wondering if colleagues have spoken to a prospect already, Tactile will tell you. Need to read an email a colleague sent to a customer but they aren't in the office today? Tactile will let you.

Before beginning work on Tactile CRM, Senokian worked with local companies to understand the issues their sales and admin staff had. Using the expertise Senokian gained from building and implementing bespoke systems for larger clients we were able to build an easy to use, affordable system that can be used to replace homegrown spreadsheets and solve the day to day communication problems small businesses face.

With a free trial for organisations to test the system and several paid plans, which start from as little as £6 per month, Senokian have already signed up clients from across the UK and from America to Australia.

Peter Bates from LCA said "We didn't have anything in place before we started using Tactile to manage our customer data and information about people we would like to work with. Now we have Tactile I don't know how we ever survived!" Jake Stride Managing Director/CEO. Senokian Solutions Ltd. +44(0)24 76 233 400. www.senokian.com/about/press jake.stride@senokian.com.
