Wireless CRM Solution: Apresta Awarded Cingular Wireless Solution Certification
Saratoga Systems, a global leader in CRM solutions since 1987, announced that Apresta, its wireless CRM solution for enterprise data, has been awarded Cingular Wireless Enterprise Solution Certification.
As a Cingular Certified Enterprise Solutions Partner, Apresta has demonstrated that it has passed the tests performed by LionBridge, an independent third-party vendor. Apresta's completion of the Certification testing found that the Apresta software has met all of the requirements including, being functional and stable; the ability to efficiently transfer data across the wireless network; the ability to perform under constrained network conditions; and the ability to recover from interruptions.
With this certification, Apresta now carries the Cingular Certified Enterprise Solution logo and is included in Cingular's Certified Software Solutions Catalog. The Cingular Certification helps to ensure an optimal experience for end users when using a device with Cingular service.
