They are Austen Mulinder, former president and CEO of retail technology leader Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, Inc., and Richard Vazzana, current vice president of Global Teleweb at Novell and former vice president of global customer relationship management for IBM's Business Transformational Outsourcing Practice. Both have extensive leadership experience in growing solutions businesses and extensive relationships in key markets Xterprise intends to serve.

Mr. Mulinder has strong global experience in the retail industry, leading large-scale rapid growth and turnaround organizations with a wide range of transaction-based technology products and solutions services. His global experience includes a variety of leadership roles with FTXS and ICL. Mr. Mulinder's background includes the full spectrum of the IT industry -- sales, professional services, operational services, software and application development, hardware development and global distribution.
During the last five years, Mr. Mulinder led the dramatic turnaround of Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, Inc. as CEO, transforming it into a market-leading solutions provider in the retail industry. Mr. Vazzana has thirty years' technology industry experience with IBM in various executive sales positions. His focus has been in customer relationship management (CRM), business transformation outsourcing, and order-to-fulfillment technology products and solutions development. Mr. Vazzana has led IBM in winning multibillion-dollar solutions projects and over a 30-month period built an organization with over $1B in revenue and 38,000 global team members.
